Olympus are by far the market leaders for digital dictation equipment and software. Very high powered, reasonable pricing, and usually available on eBay at low prices if you go for older models. Quite a lot of the functions on Olympus dictation machines are not really needed, so go for the most basic one you can get for the price range you are looking in. 2 hours of dictation time will suffice.
